Getting's Garden is where you and your family can pick your own strawberries. If you don't have time to pick your own strawberries, you can shop at our Strawberry Stand. We have pre-picked strawberries available for purchase, along with our great pies, jams, vinegar, frozen berries, and strawberry popsicles.
Apple orchard and pumpkin patch nestled on the top of the hill in Swisher, Iowa. Our lovely 30-acre orchard is open August through October and welcomes friends, families, field trips, and travelers to some good ol' fashioned fun outdoors. Grab a basket and head out to the orchard to pick your own apples from our trees. Visit our pumpkin patch display -- play a few games and choose your pumpkins from our wide selection.
Our farm is for family fun. Pick your own . Let the kids run around the farm and see the animals. Picnic while you are here. Enjoy the fresh fruit smoothies and other goodies inside the store. If you don't want to pick call ahead and we will have your order ready when you are. Also you can find us at three farmers markets.
Our orchard and pumpkin farm makes for the perfect get-away, located only 20 minutes west of Des Moines. Please come and visit us and take in the sites and sounds of the countryside and take home that fresh country taste found in each one of our orchard products.
